Government advice is that all children should be active for 60 minutes every day.
This can be in short bursts - it doesn't have to be 60 minutes continually!
With the cold weather, this is considerably harder to achieve, especially when learning from home.
So to help you, the PE team at Barley Close have come up with some ideas and resources to keep children as active as possible during lockdown. (Please see links below.)
In addition, our usual sports coaches Mr S and Mr Clay, are also busy filming PE and Health/Wellbeing videos for children to follow at home so that they are still practising key sporting skills with minimal/no resources required.
