Barley Close Children with Additional Needs parents group (C.A.N)
Barley Close C.A.N is a friendly group for parents of children with SEN/D. Each term an informal meeting is held with Mrs Harris and Miss Hambly and Mrs Popel (SENCo) and other SEN/D support staff. This gives parents a chance to meet, share information and discover how their child is supported in school. We often have visiting speakers, so far these have included our Educational Psychologist, Supportive Parents group, South Glos parents and carers and our School health nurse.
