Friends of Barley Close (FOBC)

Who are Friends of Barley Close?

We are a group of parents, carers, teachers and support staff who organise fund raising events to raise money for the school. The money raised enhances the children's experience at school and without your support this would not be possible. All parents, and carers are welcome to attend FoBC meetings – the more the merrier! You don’t have to volunteer for anything, although we would love more helpers but even your ideas and enthusiasm would be welcome. If you can’t make the meetings please find one of our committee reps who will be happy to chat and take any feedback to the committee meetings.
 
If you can help we are always looking for extra pairs of hands, maybe helping out with a stall at the summer fayre, or selling raffle tickets at a school event, even helping set up or pack up the tables anything you can do is a massive help! All the money we raise goes to benefit your children. Without the help and support of FoBC and past parents and carers, the school would not have the wonderful facility of the swimming pool available to all the children and it would not continue to be available to the children both during and outside of school.
